Questions. Answers

Do you accept insurance?

We understand that dealing with insurance can be a hassle, and we want to make the therapy process as smooth as possible for you. While our services do not directly involve insurance coverage, we're happy to provide you with an invoice after each session. You can then submit this invoice to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We know that navigating the insurance process can be confusing, but please know that we're here to help and support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or need assistance with understanding how to submit a claim, please don't hesitate to ask. Your well-being is our priority, and we want to ensure that you have all the information and resources you need to make the most of your therapy experience.

How much do you charge?

Our therapy services are priced at $250 per hour. We understand that investing in your mental and emotional well-being is crucial, and we strive to provide you with the highest quality care during each session. Our experienced therapists are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can openly discuss your concerns and work towards positive change. Whether you're seeking individual, couples, or family therapy, our team is committed to helping you navigate life's challenges and develop effective coping strategies.

Do therapists prescribe medication?

While some therapists, such as psychologists or licensed counselors, focus primarily on talk therapy and do not prescribe medication, they will often be in close contact with psychiatrists or primary care physicians who can.

How do I know if a therapist is the right fit for me?

It is so important to find the right therapist. It's always good to meet with a therapist a few times and look at the working alliance, whether you feel understood and comfortable. You can also look at the approaches and specialties of a therapist.

How long does therapy typically last?

The session's length varies from about 45 to 50 minutes for most therapies, but they can also vary from one person to another. Therefore, time that a client spends in therapy would depend on the client's situation and his progress in therapy, which was normally mutually agreed upon between the therapist and client..

What is therapy and how can it help me?

Therapy is a way to talk and work through your problems with a professional. If you put your right focus on the problem, it may help find new understandings, strategies on how to cope, and improve things.
